Must-win decisions (WHIR)

Recommended Posts

Standard scoring, 12-team Superflex league.  Playing the guy I'm battling for the last playoff spot.

Current Lineup:

  QBs:  Rodgers, Roethlisberger

  RBs:  Henry, Conner

  WRs:  Adams, Fuller, Cooks

  TE:  _______

  FLEX: _______

  DST:  Eagles

  K:  Carlson

Bench:  Mullins, Mixon, Taylor, Bernard, Murray, Jefferson, Cook, Hooper

Decisions:

If Roethlisberger is OUT, start Mullins or Rudolph? (leaning toward Mullins, but Saints D has been trending up)

At TE:  Cook or Hooper? (leaning toward Hooper if he plays, but TEs are basically a crapshoot this year.

At FLEX:  If Mixon plays, start Mixon, Taylor, or Jefferson? (leaning toward Mixon, even against the Steelers, but the lack of news about his injury is disconcerting)

If Mixon is OUT, start Bernard, Taylor, or Jefferson? (leaning toward Bernard, even against the Steelers - low scoring upside but should catch a few dumpoffs)

(Have to make the decision about Taylor at least by tomorrow since he plays tomorrow, which is why unless there is a compelling reason to start him I'll probably bench him and take my chances with the starting Bengal RB or Jefferson)

Input?

Thanks in advance.  WHIR (leave a link)

Really?  You'd bench Brandin Cooks, who's been getting 9 targets per game over the last 3 weeks?

Yes I'd bench Cooks for Jefferson. It is STD scoring right? I see Cooks 4 or 5 for about 50 yds. Jefferson 5 or 6 for 70 yds. If one scores that's the big difference.

Taylor is the one that worries me with his fumbling, he could be benched early if he bobbles a ball.

At flex I rankem like this:

Taylor

Mixon or Bernard real close to Taylor

Cooks

If Big Ben out - Mullens

TE - Hooper

Flex - Mixon/Bernard

I was going to reply with this as well.  Rudolph sucks.  I like Hooper this week.  Cinci RB should score pts. Taylor is just in a timeshare and seems to be losing coach's confidence.
