Please never use the word RoCoanity again. Thank you.

Our Lord will be traveling to Portland of Oregon. Assuming the Lord’s convoy does not encounter any marauders or perilous weather, the Lord should arrive in a fortnight.

Our Lord in Portland, hallowed by your game. Your 3/3/3 games will come, your worship will be in punt assist squads as it is in the Hall of Stocks. Give us Rest of Season our matchup wins, and f

I used to pickup Robo Cov every season and have missed out on him the last couple because I felt his draft price was too high and not worth it. I thought I especially made the right decision this season. But now that I'm playing him this week? It's like he knows my faithless defection and he's smiting me for it.

Hope you're enjoying the ride, loyal apostles.

What about your Bertans hold? Want me to check back in?

sure, lol. just begrudgingly dropped him literally today. i would say waiting more than 50% of the season was patience enough :)

I knew dropping RoCo was a mistake. My team was full of injury and he’s in a brutal slump. My pickup ain’t bad so it was ok.

Don't think Nurk will hurt Covington's value.

You must not have watched the first part of the season when they were terrible together. Blocks will take a hit for Covington with Nurk clogging the lane, meaning his value will naturally decrease. He'll still be a top-90 guy, but he won't maintain the current value he has. Thus, a sell-high if you can get it. If not, ride it out, it's fine. Just hope he doesn't go back to be being ranked outside the top 100 for 4 weeks, which is what he was for that month with Nurkic.

You're not taking into consideration that Covington was with a new team and even when Nurk went down it took Covington more time to get his feet under him. He will be a top 50-60 guy ROS.

A possible sell-high with Nurkic close to returning. I say that begrudgingly as a huge Covington fan.

I hear what you're saying, but Kanter takes up space also. In fact, Kanter is a better pure rebounder than Nurk. There is zero chance Nurk and Kanter would be on the floor together.

So RoCo would not play a few minutes at C anymore, but they have to just shift him down while keeping him on the floor. He contributes to their winning.

Recently they have played Melo for a few C minutes also. Those would go away.

Oh, I am, buddy. Nothing would please me more than RoCo staying a top 50 guy, as a trade will not happen in my league (too many folks weary of him) so I'll be riding it out ROS. But... if I was offered, say, someone like Haliburton, I'd take it and run, but the dynamics of my league are a bit different so value is assessed differently.

You're not wrong, except that Kanter is not as much of a defensive presence as Nurk is. Trust me, I hope my instinct is wrong. Hopefully, RoCo can continue this trend -- nothing would please me more -- but contributing to winning does not always contribute to fantasy.

He’s played well next to KAT and Embid in prior seasons.

Yup, you're right, though both of those experiences were 2 years ago; well, Minnesota 1, I suppose. . He just doesn't look the same to me when I watch him. Maybe he's found his groove and will continue, but my expectations are low, and if someone makes me an offer for a top-50/60 guy I'm probably taking.

not too worried, i doubt that nurkic even plays a lot for the rest of the season anyways.

I own them both and I’m scared how much nurk might kill his value. Nurks about to be an absolute beast.
