Kevin Huerter 2020-2021 Outlook

Recommended Posts

I had him rostered for a while last year. It was a roller coaster ride.  Great game, then would disappear the next.

Haven't really followed him this year. Is it any better??

This huge line was mostly due to Cam Reddish being Out.

But he’s been serviceable majority of the year simply because the Hawks are dealing with a glut of injuries

Boggie, Gallinari, Rondo, etc

Consider him a streamer in shallow leagues and starter material in 12-14+

Oh boy, really nice lines as starter. Do you think he could retain the starting job? To me Reddish and Hunter fill the same role (although I do not watch a lot of Hawks basketball) and it would be redundant to have two of those starting together. But this also might just be me daydreaming.

He won't stay in the starting line-up because they need his play making with the bench unit.

And the other guys are + defenders

Wings and 3 shooters they have plenty of (when healthy)

Red Velvet still puts up decent #'s in his usual 2nd unit role, but definitely more potent with a higher ceiling when he starts.

Such a talented player but so many similar young players to juggle. I’d be planning on a move if I were him, he could earn himself some good money at the right team. As a magic supporter would love to have him

Are Bogdan and Gallo long term plays? With news of a Collins trade, the core could realistically be Trae, Capela, Hunter and Huerter.
