Hope a well-run team like the Spur scoop him up and rehabilitate him if he is in fact released.

The Spurs don’t go after guys with character issues. Pop said one of the things they look for is guys who have gotten over themselves, ie guys without egos who can be coached. KPJ is the exact opposite of that.

Not to mention that the Cavs have apparently been trying to rehab his issues for months. If he goes anywhere it will be to a team even more desperate than the Cavs, and I don’t know how many there are. Maybe the Pistons.

You guys need to STFU. Don’t need to be reminding casuals about him.

I'd be pissed too if they gave my locker to Taurean Prince.

The Cavaliers are planning to release or trade Kevin Porter Jr. after an outburst in the locker room. Porter Jr., who has yet to play this season with what the Cavaliers are calling personal

Think he has a chance to become the starting 3? That would make him an immediate pickup.

Not sure if the Rockets are willing to give him that long a leash though.

Over House and Gordon? Lol

House isn't talented at all. Gordon would most likely be relegated to a 6th man gunner role once Wall returns. That was Houston's plan for him since the start of the season as they wanted to start House at the 3 before he went down.

As for KPJ, they might gamble on his talent and start him in a Wall-Oladipo-KPJ-Tucker-Wood lineup.

Maybe next season if none of the vets are resigned. Unless management is that high on him, I don't see a path to relevant fantasy value just yet.

Here's a question. Rockets rotation
Wall, Oladipo, House, Tucker, Wood, Gordon, Cousins, Tate. That's 8 guys locked in. So 9th is either McLemore, Porter, Nwaba, or Brown. Not a lot of minutes for Porter to be fantasy relevant at this point. He's a speculative add, but don't be surprised is he irrelevant.

Not a good look for him. Maybe some relevancy if they blow it up and make a decision to give him a look. Last year he played well when Cavs threw him out there with major minutes and good usage. Not seeing it here now. Wait and see approach.
