I have 3 Washington Nats on my team, who knows when they will ever play..

And shouldn't they be the most 'masked up' team least likely to get Corona being that they are in DC...where are the cases in Texas and Florida?

Picture this:  it's the year 2098, the world is a nuclear wasteland.  Buildings are merely empty crumbling shells.  The sky is an orange, purple color, constantly highlighted by dust clouds and freque

Yes, this includes myself...

All my players who are clearly hurt also play on teams that wait until 10 seconds before the game starts to put guys on the DL. So now I have to watch people take players on my watchlist. Piss me off

Another night, another zero hits. My team is putrid.

No hits. Holy crap. Don’t think I’ve ever done that. My condolences man.

Actually ended that night with a few hits thanks to France and Ohtani. But in 3 day my team is hitting .160. It's not pretty..

Pitchers threw much MUCH more and got hurt much MUCH less, yet..... somehow, someway someone convinced MLB that pitch counts and innings restrictions are needed to prevent injury.

Berrios with a perfect game through six. Every player/coach on the Twins should be fighting to allow Berrios to stay in and make history. There are 23 perfect games through 150 years, 218,000+ games.

What separates baseball from other sports is how important history, records and the possibility of infinite amazing displays of excellence.  Everyone knows baseball is dying yet the people in a place to keep it alive continue to throw water on a fire that is barely lit.

Stacked keeper team is as cold as it gets out of the gates and facing a team that has double the RBI of any other team in the league. I have Tatis, Acuna, Soto, Trea as keepers. My first 5 hitters I picked are: Alonso, Gurriel Jr, Biggio, Moncada and Contreras. 3 have yet to play a game and the one's that have are hitting are 8/53 .150.
2 of my bench players are also out: J. Bell and Schwarber and one guy I've been using to fill in Hayes, is now hurt.
It's a long season, but this is H2H and don't really want to get in a hole early.

The Rockies are starting Chris Owings and batting him lead off despite having a young, talented guy in Sam Hilliard.  They play in a division that renders their playoff hopes helpless and literally gave away their most exciting player for $0.10 on the dollar for no good reason, and yet they seem PUMPED about Owings getting at bats in their outfield timeshare.

I hate the Rockies.

Signed, a Sam Hilliard owner (deep NL only)

Pisses me off that the Sox damaged Benintendi's career.  He had a ton of swagger coming up in the minors and into his first year.  Cora acting smarter than everyone by trying to force him to lead off when you've got Betts the best leadoff hitter since Ricky Henderson.  It's embarrassing that the Sox brought Cora back - here's a guy who thought he could con the world with a banging trash can scheme in the digital age!  And listening to corporate plugs like Lou Merloni talking on local radio about how great a coach he is makes me want to barf.  New England sports has become a laughingstock - trade Betts, World Series, sayonara Brady, Super Bowl, meanwhile the Celtics' defense has the resolve of a wet paper bag.  Hey Ainge, does the lingering taste of Tree Rollins' finger make you allergic to adding a CENTER?!!!!?  John Henry, come out come out wherever you are - you don't do interviews anymore?  Value of the Sox has multiplied by ten in his tenure, but let's trade a generational talent while selling the most expensive tickets in the league! Bob Kraft, now known mostly as an octogenarian porn star!   Seriously, things were better when Grogan was our QB, Len Bias was our #1 pick, and Bill Buckner manned 1st.  At least we had some self respect.

Vent away, but the Red Sox have the money and scouting to turn around quickly. Finding another Brady on the other hand...

Hilliard is already 27, not exactly a young prospect. He hits left handed, Julio Urias is pitching.

All the experts said to bench Eflin at Atlanta and Means versus Red Sox.  I drafted both and benched both in both my redrafts.  To make matters worse I started Luis Castillo, really could use those 14 scoreless innings right now.

Of course, I'm sure next week when I start both eflin and means they'll both get blown up

The Astros have scored 31 runs and Carlos Correa has ZERO counting stats.

Carlos Correa has always underperformed.  the under performance is magnified when you take into account the loaded lineups that he has always played in as an Astros.

he had one good fantasy year in 2016 when he hit  70r 20hr 96rbis 13sb .274

he doesn't steal bags anymore, he's inconsistent, and he's always hurt...🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

His contract demands are MVP-caliber, though.

U are overlooking more teams these days. In the olden days fewer teams made rosters deeper of decent guys. now any decent guy can start for the red Sox. If Pivetta 2 starts this week is going to save the season then it may be a long season.

The Mets kept Johan Sanatana in to get a no hitter for like 135 pitches.  He was the dominant SP at the time and was never the same since.  And that was mid season

Wow. Thank you for bringing up a perfect name to prove my point. They babied Johan to start his career. Wouldn't let him start for two years. Didn't become a full time starter and throw 200IN until his 5th. CLEARLY didn't prevent injury or prolong his career.

With the internet existing you'd think history would be easier to remember as it can be instantly searched.

Pitchers as early as the 90's would throw double digit complete games. Each generation players pitched more and got hurt less. This is a statistical fact.

Even Tommy John HIMSELF pitched 200IN the year after HIS surgery and went on to pitch healthily for many more years. Luis Severino hasn't pitched in two+ calendar years.

Lets see what a MLB legend who would know more than anyone thinks.
