Don't mid me fellas

I read during the offseason that the White Sox bullpen could be elite.

Could be because he flat out sucks

Fried is struggling.

Rough start but a very unlucky 1st inning.

Robles dug one in the dirt that snuck through.

Turner crushed a 2 run homer.

Soto was 2-2 and Fried got squeezed on a would be K....which led to a walk.

Zimmerman blooped a single.

Another blooped double.

All in all 4 er and 30+ pitches to get out of it but Turners ball was the only one smashed.  Hopefully he can settle down and find his stuff.

And you get 2 for the price of 1

You paid for it with replacement or empty spots in week 1 though. At least with the nats

He doesn’t have over powering stuff , he’s been very hittable. Sometimes a pitcher is just not that good

Naquin with a first pitch homer. His fourth on the year with 3 walks and 3 K's in 15 AB's.

Outside of maybe Lowe he's the hottest batter in baseball right now.

I forget what Castillo was hitting last Thursday, but mostly hitting 96 today and hit 98 once.

He was down, but I'm not concerned because Flaherty was also down. And at least one reliever was also down. If just one guy was down it might be concerning. But multiple guys? The easy explanation is cold weather and/or slow gun.

yeah i agree, the lack of Ks also concerned me a tad.  It's a bad lineup today, but looks a lot better.
