On a complete side note - non-baseball related:

Yeah as a Giants fan I am a tad miffed that Baez is second in AS voting while Crawford is 4th.  But so it goes with the voting setup.

Picked up Gary Sanchez when I was bombed as a joke and now I start him over Willson Contreras without hesitation. Unreal.

Not much difference in the two, don't know why Gary was dropped, but also wouldn't start him without hesitation over WC.

He was dropped because his stats looked nothing like that a month ago.

Compare their stats over the last 30 days and your questions will be answered.

the difference is over the last month... Gary is batting .325, with .400obp, 8 HRs, 14r and 18rbi

while WC is... .225/.295 with 11/4/6

big difference there. so yea, id be starting Gary over WC without hesitation right now.

It is a nice luxury having both tho.

It's a long season, never have I taken a 1 month sample size to win a league. But hey, its 2021, do your thing fellas.

Surprised to see a K from Wander (one yesterday too) only because it’s so infrequent for him.

He seems to adapt to the next level quickly though
